I build things meant to last, and the same philosophy applies to the body.

Health and wellness are not a trend or a January project. They are basic maintenance of the one machine you cannot replace. Take care of it every day and it carries you for a lifetime. I keep it simple because simple is what sticks. Sleep is the foundation, and I protect it like it is sacred. Sunlight early sets your rhythm. Movement every day, even a long walk, keeps the engine clean. Real food, and more water than you think you need.

The part men skip

Stillness. We treat rest like laziness, but the mind needs maintenance as much as the body. A few quiet minutes with no phone, time outdoors, a real conversation, work with your hands. These are not luxuries, they are how you stay steady. I do my best thinking on the bike or in the studio, fully present, nothing pulling at me.

A recovery uniform

Wellness lives in small rituals, and this is where what you wear quietly matters. When I come home to recover, I put on our 30oz Terry hoody, made right here in Seattle.
