We accept returns of our goods that were purchased through our online store if they are unwashed, unworn and in brand new condition with tags attached and in original packaging within 14 days of purchase. If your item(s) meets these criteria, please contact Customer Service at customerservice@blackbearunion.com to obtain a Return Authorization number. Purchasing multiple sizes with the intention of returning them prevents other customers from purchasing our limited produced items. Please do NOT purchase multiple sizes to try them on and then return them! On ALL orders where multiple sizes of the same DESIGN and COLOR are purchased; if ONE or more size is returned a $35-$75 restocking fee will charged for each item/size. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

*** There are NO RETURNS or REFUNDS on preorder and made-to-order items!

*** Shipping costs are not REFUNDABLE.

*** PayPal and CC fees are not refundable; these will be deducted from all refunds.

Return Process

Contact customerservice@blackbearunion.com for a return authorization. Please include a copy of your original packing slip with reference to your RA number and any shipping materials (ie plastic bags) that were sent with your order.

Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. It may take a payment cycle for this refund to reflect on your credit card statement once we receive the product.  Please note: your RA number will be your order number.
