Privacy Policy
Black Manufacturing, LLC
Welcome! Because we may collect personal information about you, we want you to be clear how we're using and sharing information we collect.
Our Privacy Policy explains:
What information we collect.
How we use and share that information.
When this privacy policy applies and how it is updated.
We've tried to keep it as simple as possible, so please do take the time to get to know our practices.
Information we collect
We generally collect information in two ways:
Information you give us. For example, when you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, you give us such as your name, address and email address.
Information we get from your use of our services. For example, when you browse our website and store, we automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. We may also collect information about the services that you use and how you use them, such as your location information, your habits, etc.
In short, we may collect all information that your interactions with our website or utilization of our services will make possible, even if such collection wouldn’t always be obvious to you.
How we use information we collect
To be as frank as possible, we are a business, and we are in the business of making money. Therefore, we will use the information we collect from all of our services in any way that we find useful, whether it is to make money, to make our services better, or even in ways that we couldn’t even foresee at the time we collect such information from you. We are only limited in the way we use your information by the restraints that imposed by applicable U.S. law.
The following are a couple examples of how we might use your information, but in no way should be seen as a complete list.
When you contact us, we may keep a record of your communication to help solve any issues you might be facing. We may use your email address to inform you about our services, such as letting you know about upcoming changes or improvements.
We may combine personal information from one service with information, including personal information, from other services we provide.
We may process personal information on our servers in many countries around the world—third parties that provide infrastructure for our services may not even give us enough information that we would even be able to tell you with any degree of certainty where your information is. Therefore, we may process your personal information on a server located outside the country where you live.
Our service may use location-based services in order to locate you so that we may verify your location, deliver you relevant content based on your location, and share your location as part of the location-based services we offer.
Information we share
In compliance with applicable U.S. law, we may share information, including personal information, internally or with other companies, organizations or individuals, for any lawful purpose.
For example, we provide personal information to our affiliates or other trusted businesses or persons to process it for us, to other parties for marketing and advertising purposes, to other parties for legal reasons, or to anyone if you have violated the terms of any agreement you make with us.
An important way we would share your information is for legal reasons. We may disclose personal, usage, and pretty much any information when subpoenaed by law enforcement; to protect the services we provide; and to detect or prevent misuse, fraud, security, or technical issues or where otherwise required to do so by law.
We will share personal information with other companies, organizations or individuals outside of our company if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to:
- meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request.
- enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations.
- detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues.
- protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of our company, our users, or the public as required or permitted by law.
