Shipping

All orders ship via UPS and are fully insured for the value of their contents.

Because of this, shipping isn't flat-rate. UPS calculates the cost at checkout based on the package's size and weight, its insured value, and the destination address. You'll see the exact shipping cost and available UPS service options before you pay. Orders leave our studio within a few business days.

International Orders
Import duties and taxes are set by your destination country and collected by UPS upon delivery or pickup. These fees are separate from the item price and shipping cost; they are not an additional shipping charge we apply. Your country's customs office can tell you what to expect.

Preorder and Made-to-Order Pieces
These items are made specifically for you after you place your order, so they take longer to ship. Estimated production time is listed on each product page.
