Creative Media Intern
Seattle, Washington
Black Bear Brand Studio
Three-Month Commitment
In Person
Good work begins with attention.
A few words. A few frames. The right sequence. One more pass through the edit. The story is often found there.
Black Bear Brand is looking for a Creative Media Intern to join the studio in Seattle for three months.
This is an unpaid internship for a student or aspiring creative who wants to spend time inside a working studio and contribute to the creative life of the brand.
The intern will work under the creative direction of founder Josh Sirlin, contributing to the creative needs of Black Bear Brand. The work follows the needs of the brand. One day may be spent refining a film. Another shaping a story, organizing creative assets, or preparing creative work for release. Every project asks for something different.
This is a place for someone who already knows the tools. Professional experience with video editing software is required. What matters just as much is judgment. Attention to detail. Patience. The willingness to keep refining until the story feels right.
We're looking for someone drawn to storytelling, visual media, fashion, branding, and exceptional craftsmanship. Someone who works hard, listens well, accepts direction, and takes pride in making good work better.
